Welcome to our Beeline Healthcare Website. In using our website and placing your order online with us and, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as outlined below and are bound by these terms, which may be amended or updated at any time. We do our best to ensure our website information, stock details and prices are up to date and accurate. We do not however accept liability for errors.

Beeline reserves the right to change unit prices and website information as may be required.

We will endeavour to handle any complaints notified to us within five working days. Please email us with details of any complaint and include your contact phone number or email address.

This website is the property of Beeline Health Foods Ltd. The Beeline logo and Beeline Healthcare trading name are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without the written permission of a Beeline Healthcare Director.

If you are under 18, you may not use our online shop for purchases. Beeline Healthcare reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Please review our other policies, such as our Delivery and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Beeline Healthcare. We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, our Policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Any information that you submit or we collect when you are using the website, making a purchase or for any communications with us is subject to our privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. This will not prevent the Company from pursuing any claims in respect of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in any other jurisdiction in the world. Any users of the Company Site who access the Site from jurisdictions outside of Ireland are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable local laws.

Shopping with Beeline Healthcare

Placing your order with Beeline is easy. Just click on our online shop on the main menu bar and then click on the product you would like to order.

Specify the number of units you would like to order and click ‘add to cart’. Continue to shop and add products if required.

You can view the value of goods ordered and in your shopping cart at any time in the top right hand corner of the page.

Amendments can be made to your order at any time by clicking on the “Remove item” button or the “Change quantity” button.

The minimum order is one unit. There is a 20kg maximum order.

Using a Promo Code, Coupon or Voucher:
Insert the coupon code at checkout. Use of any coupon code is subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions. All codes are available for a limited time only, and are subject to closure at any time without notice. Usage of any coupon may be subject to a minimum order value, subject to only one usage per customer, may only be available for certain products, may only be available to certain customers and may only be available for orders in certain countries. Currently, any free shipping permitted with any coupon code is only valid for deliveries in the Republic of Ireland.

Finalising Your purchase:
When your basket is complete please click the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the shopping page. Here you will be invited to register to create an account with Beeline or continue as a guest. You will be required to enter your PayPal or credit card details to secure your order.

Register or shop as a guest:

If you are a new Beeline Online Customer you might like to ‘Register With Us’ to create an account. By adding your details to our database, you can gather loyalty points each time you purchase online with us. Loyalty points can be redeemed against future online purchases. Creating an account also allows you view your purchase history. You will asked to enter an email address and also create a password. This information will enable you to quickly log in for any future purchases.

Alternatively, you can check out as a Guest. Please enter your delivery address and payment preference and details as requested.

Please check that your order and email address and other personal information are correct before clicking the Complete Order/Buy Now button.

You will receive an email confirming your order with an order number. Please use this number if you wish to track your order or if you are contacting us with any query relating to this order.

Security policy

Please be assured of our commitment to the highest standard of security in holding and managing your personal information. At Beeline, we have a secure, password protected system for storing our customer’s details. We make every effort to conform to the highest standards of data protection. We hold your details to facilitate your ease of communication with us. We store your name and address details and your delivery and billing address details. This facilitates a quick autofill process when you next log in to shop with Beeline, saving you the trouble of having to re enter you data. We will not provide any third parties with this information unless obliged to do so by law. As credit card details are not stored on our system, you will need to re enter these each time you place an order with us. Logging in allows you to edit your details at any stage or delete your account with us and remove you data from our files if preferred.

Delivery
Your order will normally be packed and dispatched by the end of the next working day following receipt. We will notify you on the email address provided by you, should there be any delivery delays.
Some international deliveries may be subject to import taxes or duties. Some countries may have restrictions on the importation of certain goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any country destination requirements. Beeline are not responsible for these charges. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We will do our utmost to ensure your order is despatched as ordered. If however, the vitamins received differ to those ordered in type, quantity or condition we request that you notify us within 14 working days of receipt of goods. We will then arrange to the best of our ability to correct any discrepancy. Please return any unwanted goods, unopened and securely packaged to receive a refund of the units involved. Beeline will refund the return postal fee in these circumstances.

Beeline cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver your order due to unforeseen conditions beyond our control. Such situations may be a consequence of a fire, strike, storm damage, or other unforeseen event.

Please check that delivery details and contact details are correct when ordering. Beeline cannot be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information.
Beeline cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery, once the order has been despatched and is with a third party delivery service.

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Occasionally some products ordered may be out of stock. We will notify customers if this is the situation and offer an alternative product or provide a refund.

  • Shipping charges are based upon weight of the package and shipping location.
  • Deliveries within Ireland are charged starting at €6.00 per pack (includes VAT) up to a weight of 500 grams. The delivery charge increases based on weight, and is calulated in the cart.
  • Within Ireland, a free shipping offer for orders over €35 is offered at times. This is up to a mximum weight of 20 kg.
  • Deliveries to the UK (including Northern Ireland) are subject to a charge starting at €7.50 per pack (includes VAT) up to weight of 500 grams. The delivery charge increases based on weight, and is calulated in the cart.
  • Other European and International destinations are charged according to rates for the destination and the pack weight.

 

Covid-19 International Delivery Destinations

Due to Covid-19, our shipping provider An Post have restricted international delivery to many destinations from 27 May 2020 until further notice. During the current Coronavirus climate, packages cannot currently be delivered to many countries across the world. The situation is continuously changing. As well as delivering to Ireland, Beeline Healthcare can currently deliver to the below countries. However, where stated, there are internal delays and package size limits for a number of these countries.

Refunds and Returns
All Beeline products are sold with a guarantee of quality. We will happily refund your money, offer an exchange or replace any product that you are not completely satisfied with. Please ensure all Beeline returns are carefully wrapped and in their original packaging. Please include the returns form, completed, within your package.
